Home Remedies for Hair Loss that Actually Work!



The dermatologists are claiming that losing 50-100 strands of hair is normal and there is nothing to worry about. But when the hair loss becomes more visible and there are some bare patches occurring, the person suffers from a condition known as alopecia.
Today, bald man in his 30’s is a common sight. This is usually caused by hormonal disorders, stress and improper diet. Now you will learn how to make some home remedies which will be of great help in encouraging your hair to grow again.

1. Onion and Garlic
There are many foods that you are using in your kitchen that can be very useful for making natural remedies that will boost your hair growth. The production of collagen which is necessary for hair growth can be enhanced by sulfur. Garlic and onion are one of the richest sources of sulfur, which might be seen by their usage in conventional medications for stimulating hair growth.
Chop the onion and crumple it in order to get its juice. Apply it on your scalp and leave it to stay for 15 minutes. Wash it off with water. Crash 4-5 garlic cloves and mix them with some coconut oil. Apply the mixture on a heat until it starts to boil. Boil it for 2-3 minutes and leave it to cool. When it is cool enough, apply it on your scalp and massage it smoothly. Do this procedure 2-3 times in a week and you will have great results.
2. Coconut
Coconut is considered as one of the most beneficial ingredient for your hair. In order to keep good health of your hair and enhance the hair growth, the coconut will be of great help. In the coconut milk are found many proteins, fats and minerals such as iron and potassium. With a constant use your hair will be stronger and will never break that easily like before. The coconut oil is also very useful for strengthening your hair. It affects the hair from its root to the top. With a continual use you will disable the hair loss for good. Chop one coconut and draw out the milk. Combine the milk with a little bit of water and put the mixture on the places where the hair loss can be noticed. Leave it to stay during the night and wash it off in the next morning.
3. Henna
The ability of henna to firm the hair and making it healthy is recognized by the Asian people. If you combine it with mustard oil, you will strengthen its effects.
Make a mixture of 250ml of mustard oil and 60g of henna. Place the mixture on a heat and leave it until the henna leaves are fully blazed. Once the mixture is cool enough you can put it in a container with a lid. Apply it on the hair regularly.
You can also make a pack that includes one pack of dry powder of henna leaves and a large portion of crud. These packs are very helpful for the restoration of the hair. Apply this composite on your hair and leave it to stay in order to dry well. Once it is dry, you can rinse your hair with cool water. These henna packs will provide your hair with extra shine.
4. Hibiscus
The people of Kerala, India are combining coconut oil with hibiscus for their thick hair. Hibiscus has restoration properties and is very useful if you like to recover and refresh your hair. In the same time it protects you from turning gray and helps you get rid of dandruff. Use the flowers constantly and you will be safe from baldness.
Take two flowers of hibiscus and mix them in a blender with sesame or coconut oil. You will get paste which can be applied on the scalp or your hair. Once you applied it you should leave it for 2-3 hours. Wash it off with water.
5. Amia
Amia is full with vitamin C and cell reinforcements, which make it very helpful for the people who are vulnerable to baldness. You can apply it on your scalp, but keep in mind that it is very beneficial for your overall health as well, due to the vitamin C which is vital for our body. Crush the amia in order to extract its juice or buy amia powder in a health store. Combine two tablespoons of amia juice or powder with equivalent amount of lime juice. Whisk it and use it on your scalp. Leave it to dry and then wash it off with water.
6. Egg
There is plenty of sulfur in the eggs, along with many other proteins and minerals such as iodine, phosphorus, iron, zinc and selenium. It enhances the hair growth, particularly if you use it together with olive oil. Mix one white of the egg with one teaspoon of olive oil. Whisk it well and you will get a paste that can be putted on your scalp or hair. Leave it to rest for 15-20 minutes and then you can wash it off with cool water.
